Big Ideas, Real Impact.

Need more time to do what you do best?

Blueline Business Intelligence was built on a consulting-first model. Today, we work closely with manufacturers to provide partner specific product education, strategic guidance, and operational insight to DME and HME providers without tying that advice to purchasing requirements or sales quotas. This structure keeps our recommendations objective and focused on what actually works for your business.

As providers face tighter reimbursement, competitive bidding pressure, and rising operational complexity, advice alone often isn’t enough. That’s where our fractional services come in. When ownership teams need execution, not just direction, we step in to run the parts of the business that consistently get pushed aside: process documentation, systems cleanup, vendor strategy, inventory management, retail optimization, and technology integration.

For less than the cost on a few power chairs each month, businesses gain experienced operational leadership focused on protecting margins, saving time, and building a retail-ready organization designed to scale.

Fractional Advisory & Support

Our fractional advisory and support model focuses on three core areas that drive retail performance, operational clarity, and margin protection. Each area can be engaged independently or combined for deeper, integrated support. Less expensive than a full-time seat, significantly more value added.

Administration & Systems

This umbrella comfortably includes:

  • SOPs, EAPs, and documentation

  • Process design and optimization

  • Role clarity and accountability

  • Internal workflows and escalation paths

  • “Putting vision on paper”

Purchasing, Margin & Supply Strategy

How cash is deployed and protected.

This naturally includes:

  • Procurement and vendor strategy

  • Pricing and margin frameworks

  • Inventory depth, turns, and SKU rationalization

  • Merchandising and signage

  • Purchasing cadence and demand planning

Execution & Growth

How strategy turns into action and results.

This covers:

  • Retail execution and sales process refinement

  • Staff enablement and training guidance

  • Retail rollout and private-pay execution

  • Cross-functional coordination

  • Ongoing prioritization and follow-through
